Dear Employees,

It is important that we keep our office environment clean, neat and hygienic. Unfortunately, food items left on desks have led to the presence of cockroaches and other pests.

To address this issue, we are announcing the following policies concerning food and beverage items in our office:

    - All food and beverages must be consumed within the pantry facilities provided on each floor.
    - Food waste must be disposed of in the recycling bins provided in the pantry area and not in the waste baskets in the outer office area.
    - Any employee found breaking these rules will be issued with a warning.

If you have any queries about the new policies, please address them to the HR department at this email.
