Relative Clauses
3 Also avoid this common mistake where the subject is repeated:
 The new manager, 
who he has a degree in Business Management starts Monday. 
 The new manager 
who has a degree in Business Management starts Monday.
 
Because WHO already refers to the new manager, we do not need to repeat the subject with HE.
However, the following example is correct:
 The new manager 
who George knows from college starts Monday.
 
The subject GEORGE does not refer to the new manager.
This would be incorrect:
 The new manager who George knows 
him from college starts Monday.
