Listen again with the script, if you wish:

When I started my job two years ago, I was given the position of editor and I was told that, in time, I could become a senior editor, which is a much better position with a better salary package. To achieve this, I worked long hours every day to show my dedication. I made sure that I arrived at work before my boss, and I always waited for my boss to leave before leaving myself. It wasn't easy – sometimes he would work until eleven o’clock at night!

Two years passed and I still wasn't given my promotion, while Suzie, who started here after me, was given one. When I asked my boss why she got a promotion and I didn't, he simply said, “You work hard, but Suzie works smart.”

I'm fuming right now!
