We are very happy to hear that your General Manager has shown interest in our product and it would be our pleasure to take part in a Q and A session.

Unfortunately, Friday is not possible for us, since we are giving a conference presentation on that date.

Is it possible to reschedule? We will be available any day next week except Thursday. Also, would you like us to repeat the product demonstration for your GM? We could do a shortened version.

Once again, I apologize that we are not available on Friday and I look forward to our Q and A session next week.
